Model description:
"The 18' Herreshoff America catboat was built in the 1970s by Nowak & Williams of Bristol, R.I. Later, the Eagle sloop was built from the same molds, but with a more powerful rig including an optional topsail. Other boats built from the same molds were the Herreshoff Scout, a cat ketch rigged open boat, the Herreshoff Pilot, the Herreshoff Bay Fisherman, and the Herreshoff Yacht Club Launch, all motorboats. The molds were subsequently sold to Squadron Yachts of Bristol, Rhode Island and then to Nauset Marine of Orleans, Mass. Overall, more than a hundred vessels were built in the 1970s and into the 1980s.

Comment:
"Check if the date shouldn't be July 19, 1971 instead of 1970 for the offsets table is dated July 20, 1971." (Source: van der Linde, Claas. March 26, 2019.)
