Supplement

Research Note(s)

"A note in the offset booklet made by former Hart Nautical Collections curator Wm. Baker indicates that the draftsman working on this design was named Winslow. Plans at MIT suggest that it was Ralph E. Winslow who worked in the HMCo drawing room between 1917 and 1921 (and possibly somewhat longer). This would suggest that this design was for a WWI military vessel." (Source: van der Linde, Claas. October 18, 2016.)

Note: Research notes contain information about a vessel that is often random and unedited but has been deemed useful for future research.
