Pat Mayben | 1997 - 2002 |
Pat Mayben, a broker, got the boat in about 1997 from Mr. Wellander, a retired Navy admiral in Gaylesville, Md. He was a submariner, now about 80 years old, and had acquired the boat about 10 years prior with the intention of restoring it. He had taken it apart, but never finished it. Pat bought it dismantled and restored it. He sold it in 2002 to the current owner.
